Every piece in the LMDC™ collection is made to order — no warehouse, no pre-stock. Once you place your order, we put it in production within 2–4 business days. Patience is a virtue. Loyalty even more so.

Once it ships, your order typically arrives within 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves — watch for it like you watch your partner's location.

Every piece is custom-made the moment you order it. That means we can't accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or had a moment of doubt. You committed — own it.

Check the size guide before you order. If you're between sizes, size up. No excuses after the fact.

That said, we're not heartless. We will make it right if:

• —Your item arrives damaged or defective
• —You received the wrong item
• —There's a print or quality error on our end

Hit us at contact@lmdc.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll handle it.

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, and shipping address. That information is used for one thing: getting your order to you.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles that entirely. Their privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with third parties beyond what's needed to fulfill your order (e.g. the shipping carrier). We don't do spam. If you get an email from us, it's because you bought something.
